Hi,

I have the pro version of the plugin.

When I try to update the plugin I get this error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Ultimate_Floating_Widgets, because the name is already in use in public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-floating-widgets-pro/ufw.php on line 17

Please advise what is causing this and how to fix, thank you, Emma

Hi Emma,

Thanks for using Ultimate floating widgets.

We have to deactivate the free version before we activate the PRO version.

Can you please do the same ?
You can find some more instructions in the doc below if needed.
