    Hi,

Keyword filter problems. As you can see from the picture, I cannot edit the filter. Is there a quick fix for this problem?

    Hi Mika,

Sure I can help on this. It looks like one of the value enter to the filter is breaking the form.

    1) Does adding a new filter work?
    2) Can you please share the filter with the values you are trying to add? I will try to reproduce the issue on my side.

    Thanks,
    Aakash

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick reply.

There’s a few more pictures. Am I doing something wrong when I add the filter like that? We use Elementor on the sites, so I have added rss feed with the elementor block. I also tested it with wordpress’s own editor, just adding a shortcode to the page. I also added a filter there, I thought if it would help and I could edit the filter. But I still can’t get anywhere from the Edit filter button, reports that WordPress critical error.

We bought the Super RSS feed plugin precisely because of that filter feature. Our company has many sites and the purpose is to update one site and display rss feeds on other sites.

    WP DEBUG mode reports:
    /wp-content/plugins/super-rss-reader-pro/pro/keyword-filtering/index.php(56): iframe_header()

    Hi Mika,

No worries, I can help you.

Can you please share the full call stack (there should be multiple lines when the widnow is opened) when WP_DEBUG mode is turned on?

This looks similar to the below issue where it was caused by a plugin named “block options”.

Keyword filter in PRO version – critical error

I’m not sure if you are using the same.

Based on the call stack I will help you find out what is causing this issue and suggest a workaround.

    Thanks,

    Hi Mika,

Glad that your found the issue. Temporarily disable this plugin and save the filters meantime. If possible, please report the issue to the plugin author and see if they fix it.

    Thanks,

Hi, I am having a similar problem with the filter, like at the beginning of this topic
    Please help!

    Hi Leon,

Sure I can help you with the issue.
Can you please help collect the error log lines like in the article? – https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/

In previous case, there was a problematic plugin which caused the failure. Disabling that solved the problem. You can also try disabling odd plugins one by one to find out the root cause.

Let me know further on this to resolve this issue.

    Thanks,
    Aakash
