is there a way to set or force the RSS Image to a set size. I need to control the size of the thumbnail with specific parameters if possible.

For Example: image-height: 400px; image-width: 400px;

or force it to a thumbnail size already in WordPress

Any ideas please

You could use CSS styles to change the size of the image.
