For whatsapp please follow the instruction in the official documentation below.

For viber, the link works only when it is accessed on a device where viber app is installed. Please find the format below.

viber://chat/?number=%2BPHONENUMBERWITHCOUNTRYCODE

Hello,

For Viber, you have put %2B after the = sign, which needs to be removed for the code to work, and it did. You should include this instruction, the way you did for phone, e-mail and WhatsApp…

For WhatsApp, the https://wa.me/1XXXXXXXXXX format does not work.
