I’m trying to add BizSugar to the share buttons. According to their site, you are supposed to use

      Code:

I’ve added it to the Text part of the Custom HTML box but it won’t keep it. I save the code and close the window but when I re-open the window, it is gone.

Suggestions on adding the BizSugar service?

      Hi,

Any script should work in “custom HTML” button. Make sure the code is not pasted in the visual editor.

Please write some text next to the script and confirm if only the script code is missing.

Also please provide me your website URL with the button active for me to check if required.

      Thanks,

      Aakash

It was not in the visual editor. I put some text next to the script and the text showed up where the button should be. The button is not active because I can’t get the code to stick.

Can you please share me a screenshot with the script pasted ?

It helps me identify the issue.

Here’s the screenshot of the script code pasted into the text box. After this window is closed and re-opened, the box is blank.

      Hi,

Yes I see that the script is not seen again when re-opened.

But the data is saved. You can use it in the template and the button will appear.

I can fix the error where the script is not seen again in the next release. As of now I guess you can paste your script and use the button.

      Thanks,

Sorry – but that didn’t work for me. I’ve attached a screenshot of the preview. https://www.screencast.com/t/KM65C0T7EEV

Ok, I can suggest couple of ideas for now until I release the new version.

      1. Try again. Delete the existing button. Create new custom HTML button, paste the script, save and drag drop, preview and “don’t save button settings again”.

      2. Import/export -> copy the export data -> paste it in pastebin and share me the link. I’ll modify the settings and give you the data to import.

      3. I’ll fix the bug and share you the changes.

      Thanks,

      Aakash

      #1 didn’t work. Let’s try #3 please.

I’ve updated WP Socializer to version 3.2. Please update to it to get this issue fixed.

      Thanks,

      Aakash
