How to add the Publisher Key for ShareThis if there is no a button to save it?

I add it under Buttons, ShareThis, Settings, ShareThis Publisher Key, but because there is no button to record the information, when I go back, the kew is not there. So what shall I do to record the information into WP Socialiser?

As said, under Buttons->Sharethis, should enter the sharethis pubid. If you are talking about saving the option, just click the black area to come out of the “Sharethis” window and you will see an blue button “Update” just click that. Thats the save button for all settings of WP Socializer.

Yes, I did that too, but it does not record the information. I updated it, then went back to the ShareThis settings and the information was not recorded. I wonder if you have the same problem and therefore there is something wrong with the plugin or it just happens to me. I have never had problems before updating information with WP Socialiser.

Hi,

I am having the same problem as described above.

I am using Sharethis toolbar through WP Socializer — I had some increased traffic recently and wanted to review the sharethis analytics. I logged into my account on Sharethis but there was no activity.

I know I previously added my account key, but when I returned the space was blank. I tried adding it again, and hitting update only to see the area was blank when I checked on it moments later.

Is there any fix or workaround for solving this problem?

The new version v2.4.6 of WP Socializer has this bug fixed. Please update to that version to fix this issue.
