Hello, I’m reaching out because I’m having an issue getting the display conditions to work properly. I’m basically trying to stop the announcement from popping up on a single findinstaller page. I tried selecting which pages to display it on but it displays on every page. I also tried selecting which pages not to display it on and it still displays on every page. It’s currently set up to be triggered after scrolling down the page a little. For some reason when I select the Find and Installer page and click the checkbox it turns in into the number 56. I’ve tried using both 56 and typing in the page slug “findinstaller“, neither works. If I select Hide in All Pages it successfully hides the popup on all pages.

    The domain is temporary: https://n7u.308.myftpupload.com/

Note: this occurs specifically on mobile devices, both Android and Apple.

Nevermind, it occurs on desktop versions as well.

I think I found the issue. I disabled this option in the theme: “Enable dynamic page content loading using AJAX”. I’m not sure if that needs to be enabled.

    Hi there,

Glad that you figured out the issue and I can see the announcement on your website.
    Happy announcing 🙂

    Thanks,
    Aakash
