Hi,

close button(X) stopped working.

I get this error:

Can you please share the page where this issue is seen ?

Seems like a problem outside announcer plugin.

I need to look at the live page.

I am not able to close the announcer bar also. I’m getting the same error Stefan posted. If I inspect the element and open console via Google Chrome it is generating 1000s of instances involving the following error:

This error seems not related to Announcer. This error is supposed to be thrown by “react” application which announcer does not use.

Can you please share your webpage where I can see this issue ?

What would be causing the Announcer bar not to close then? Also, is there a way to private message you?

If I send a direct message to [email protected] will it be made public?

These errors seem to be caused by your plugin. When I remove your Announcer plugin the errors go away. I do not get these errors with other notification bar plugins and I have no problem closing the notification bar on other plugins either.

Hi,

I was able to find the issue.It was an issue with Announcer, when the “admin bar” at the top was displayed.
I’ve fixed the issue on your website.

I’ll soon publish the fix in the next release.For now I think everything should be fine on your end.
