Hello,

On the website https://www.hollywood-smile.fr/

The widget button is supposed to appear on mobile (Show this on both desktop and mobile devices activated).

The button appear on desktop but not on mobile. If I test it on a computer as a mobile it is working, if I try it on a real mobile, it doesn’t work (I tried several browser).

I verified your website on my mobile and on online simulators and the widget button and popup is shown and works as expected.

Hello,

first of all thanks a lot for the plugin. It works great. I have the same problem like fares454.
The desktop version works fine, since 5-6 weeks on mobile the plugin does not work. I didn’t install any new plugins, I only updated the Revolution Slider to the ProVersion.

Hello,

I’m having the same issue on the website: https://www.morrisrestore.org/

The widget is set to appear on mobile (Settings>Location Rules>Show on devices>On both desktop and mobile devices).

The announcement appears on desktop but not on mobile. When I test it with dev tools on a computer in mobile mode, it works. If I try it on a real mobile (iPhone or iPad) it doesn’t work. (I tried several browsers).

Please advise, thanks.

Hi @gg4orce,

Thanks for using UFW plugin. It seems you have a “caching plugin” installed which is serving you cached website before the setting was changed.

Can you please clear the WP cache and try again?
