I had it on auto update.

I updated to v5.4 and I can at least access the page with my feeds while the plugin is activated, but all of my feeds are now lost. What can I do to recover it or must I reconstruct all my feeds now (which will take me forever)? Thanks

Thanks. I also experienced the same problem yesterday (Dec 4). I will follow the progress here.
