Hanging around contested extraction zones. There, rare-tier blueprints (purple or better) spiked 31%. Clearly, the game saves some of its best bait for those nail-biting finishes.

Gear up with a scanner mod, since it reveals around 12% more hidden containers in the tight spots where top loot hides.
