    I buy “Shortcoder – PRO – Personal (shortcoder-pro)”.
    But when I install it, it creates a fatal error. I demand immediate compensation.

    Hi Lorenzo,

    It seems you have the free version of the plugin installed.

    Please deactivate the free version and install the PRO version.

    This is mentioned in the order’s getting started link.

    Installation

    Please let me know if this doesn’t help.
