    Hi

I just purchased the Pro version of Shortcoder but have run into an issue.

    1. Deactivated free Shortcoder
    2. Uploaded ZIP from account page to WordPress, installed and activated Shortcoder Pro.
    3. Shortcodes remain active and working in front-end.
    4. Backend shows same amount of shortcodes as before (Published 39) but the list is empty. I cannot see or edit any shortcodes that I have on my site.

    Missing shortcodes

    How to fix this?

    Hi @ktgt,

Thanks for using Shortcoder – PRO.

This is not expected. Looks like you are using some translation plugin which is filtering out the Shortcodes.

Can you please look for an option in the translation plugin and exclude shortcoder from translations?

    Thanks,
    Aakash
