Wordpress fatal error after installation

I installed the shortcoder-pro plugin and wordpress said: there is a fatal error on my website.

I uninstalled it and installed again. No error message, but while using and trying to select a shortcode, I got the following screen: https://8samkeitszeit.de/Dateien/Screenshot2025-08-14.png. I can’t select any of my shortcodes.

What has happened? Can you help me?

I’m experiencing the same exact issue. I’ve ruled out any third party plugin conflict. Given another user is experiencing the same, I’m requesting a refund.

Per your terms, I agree that the plugin will be deactivated and removed from the site

Agreed that the refund amount will be subtracted by the PayPal fees associated with the original transaction.

The refunded amount should be about $125 after you subtract the Paypal fee.

This issue is now resolved in the latest version 6.5.2. Can you please update to the latest version?

Thanks, but the new release doesn’t solve the problem. Again I got the message of a critical Problem on my website…

Something strange happened… I updated via button under license & updates… Version 6.5.2 was available… after the successful update it shows only version 6.5.1 and no updates available…

Again I checked the updates page… and the version 6.5.2 doesn’t seem to be installed correctly. Again I can update the plugin, but it does not work. I got the success message, but it is not version 6.5.2!

Perhaps a wrong file for update available?

Hi @sascha-bunge,

This is weird. I’ll reproduce this issue in my lab and get back to you in a couple of days. Probably some caching issue or something changed in WordPress recently. I need to check it out.

Meanwhile, can you please use the download link in your email or my-account page https://www.aakashweb.com/my-account/ and install the zip file manually?
