Vision

The Department of Mathematics strives to mould the students to the best of their ability to develop the basis in the basic mathematics required for a budding engineer, to compete and contribute to industry and research. The department hopes to train the young engineers to excel in Mathematical thinking and Logical reasoning.

Mission

To create awareness of the potentials of mathematics and scope of its applications to the diversified areas such as Science, Engineering Technology,Industries and in Research. To create interest in mental Arithmetic, logical and reasoning ability. To secure pass percentage of above 95 % results in all Maths papers in university examinations
