The Update on 15th to v2.2 appears to have broken Simple:Press Forum. After upgrading RSS you can not Reply or Create any new Topics. This appears to agree with the comments from quite a few people on the support pages.


Also, Wordpress still says that RSS needs updating? Very confusing.

Hello,

This error happens because, the plugin uses the latest version of jQuery. Other plugins find it incompatible. I'll make a fix for this soon. But by now please make this change and confirm the working.

- Open super-rss-reader.php
- Delete or comment (wrap the lines within /* and */) the lines

wp_deregister_script('jquery');
wp_register_script('jquery', 'http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js');
wp_enqueue_script('jquery');
