I have managed to make it work if i'm not using any sidebar.
When I setup a sidebar the bar just goes down to the footer....

Can someone tell me why and how to fix that? Thanks!

There is a Javascript error in your site. Just clean that out.

- Open wp-content/themes/YOUR THEME/header.php
- Add the below code to the bottom of the file

Happy to see that Works...
Also flush the home page cache as I am able to see the old page with the float bar at the bottom.
