Shortcodes don't work.

I am using WordPress 3.4.1 and have tried to use shortcodes with the HTML Javascript Adder, but it just shows the shortcode text in the widget area.

I would appreciate any help.

If the shortcode is defined, it will work for sure. What shortcode you are using ??
