hey folks, trying to embed a survey in the sidebar.
this code is a direct snippet from surveygizmo.

any help would be appreciated:

I see nothing in the sidebar and no errors on the page.

There is an error with the script, Check this URL http://jsfiddle.net/hz9c2/

Please note that ANY SCRIPT will work fine if it is error-less. There is no problem with the plugin.
