I want Announcer on Homepage only please ?

I want Announcer on Homepage only please ?

I can't see anywhere I can change Announcer appearing on every one of my pages in the settings section. I just want it on the Homepage and nowhere else. How can I achieve this please ?

Sorry if this is a dumb question...I'm new to all of this folks !
